The speed with a company can adopt a piece of software will affect its adoption. Too many great software products are hampered by not being ASPs and by having complex initiation periods.
For example, Gemini – Lettings and Management Software – by Vision Teknology says that they have “been the UK’s leading provider of Property Industry Software” since 1989. They also go on to brag that it only takes 4 weeks to set up. It’s quite fitting that they end their software pitch with a suggestion that they have good software support.
Compare Gemini with our review of BuildingLink. Using this software you’ll be up immediately and trained in days, though it may take you a couple weeks to build out your information. Smaller software products like iRealtyManager get you going faster but do not offer as many features.
