My Google Alert came up with a simple article in a wealth building website, which spoke about a "level 3 business". The author wrote about how the use of technology allowed his business to run unaffected whilst he was ill. As it is important to not have a single point of failure, one should consider the same for IT. A real estate company should be just that, and not try and be a tech support company as well.
